Pet Policy

Valerio properties has a select number of properties that are pet approved.  If your pet is approved to live with you in one of our incredible properties, there is a 350.00 pet fee per pet.  This fee is non-refundable.   Pets may be permitted on the premises ONLY WITH WRITTEN PERMISSION from Valerio Properties, and such permission may be withdrawn at any time by Valerio Properties.
